Terms of Service

Effective date: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and WZC Development LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“WZC Development LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at zizhost.com and the web hosting service made available on subdomains of *.zizbe.com (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

“Account” means the registered user account associated with your email address.
“User Content” means any data, code, files, text, images, audio, video, or other material that you upload, transmit, host, or otherwise make available through the Service.
“AUP” means the Acceptable Use Policy set forth in Section 5 below.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that (a) you are at least thirteen (13) years of age (or sixteen (16) years of age if you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom); (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction; and (d) the registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.

3. Account registration and security

You agree to (a) provide and maintain accurate registration information; (b) keep your authentication credentials confidential; (c) not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any third party to access your Account; and (d) promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4. License grant and User Content

4.1 Your ownership. As between you and WZC Development LLC, you retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

4.2 License to us. You grant WZC Development LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and modify (solely as required for technical operation) your User Content for the limited purpose of operating, maintaining, providing, and improving the Service.

4.3 Public posts. Content you post to public areas of the Service, including the community forum, may be displayed to all visitors of the Service. You grant WZC Development LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, copy, reproduce, and distribute such content as part of the Service.

4.4 Your representations. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to grant the licenses set forth herein and that your User Content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The following Acceptable Use Policy is a material part of these Terms. Violation of any provision of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, removal of User Content, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

5.1 Prohibited content

You shall not use the Service to store, host, distribute, or facilitate access to any content that:

violates any applicable federal, state, local, or foreign law or regulation, including without limitation the laws of the United States and the State of Texas;
constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming material, or any other content sexually exploiting or endangering minors;
is pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive, including without limitation pornography of any medium, escort or solicitation listings, or artificially generated sexually explicit imagery;
infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or right of publicity, including warez, cracked software, key generators, pirated audiovisual works, or pirated literary works;
contains or facilitates the distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, droppers, web shells, exploit kits, command-and-control infrastructure, or any other malicious code;
operates or facilitates phishing schemes, credential-harvesting pages, fraudulent payment portals, or impersonation of any person or entity;
operates or facilitates spam, unsolicited bulk communications, address-harvesting, or violations of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or analogous foreign laws;
incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful activity, or constitutes credible threats, harassment, doxxing, or stalking of any individual;
promotes the sale or distribution of controlled substances, firearms, weapons, fraudulent identification documents, or other items unlawful in the user’s or recipient’s jurisdiction;
is defamatory, libelous, knowingly false, or trade-disparaging.

5.2 Prohibited uses of the Service

The Service is intended for web publishing only. You shall not use the Service to operate, in whole or in primary part:

cloud-storage, file-sharing, file-locker, or personal-drive services;
repositories of large binary files, including any individual file in excess of twenty-five (25) megabytes;
video-streaming, video-on-demand, or video-hosting services;
audio-streaming, internet-radio, podcast-distribution, or music-hosting services;
game servers, voice-chat servers, or any other long-running TCP or UDP daemon not intended to serve HTTP traffic;
BitTorrent trackers, indexers, seedboxes, or comparable peer-to-peer infrastructure;
open proxies, virtual private network endpoints, Tor exit nodes, anonymizing relays, or comparable services;
URL-shortening, link-aggregation, redirect-chain, or search-engine doorway services;
cryptocurrency mining or any other resource-intensive computation not in furtherance of serving the Account’s public website.

5.3 System integrity

You shall not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other Accounts, or systems or networks connected to the Service; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service; (d) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate-limiting, abuse-prevention, or moderation system; (e) operate multiple Accounts to evade resource limits or moderation actions; or (f) use automated means to interact with the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Resource limits

The free tier provides 5 GB of storage and 10 GB of monthly bandwidth per Account. By default, each user may maintain a maximum of 3 hosting accounts. At our discretion, this per-user cap may be raised on a per-user basis. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time and to throttle, suspend, or terminate Accounts that materially exceed them.

7. zizcode editor, preview servers, and AI features

7.1 zizcode and preview servers. “zizcode” is the in-browser code editor made available at /code. Your project files are stored on the Service and persist with your Account. A “preview server” is a temporary, throwaway environment we provision on request to run your project; it is ephemeral, may be reclaimed or purged at any time (including for inactivity), and is not intended for production use or for hosting a public website. The AUP in Section 5 applies in full to all content you create, run, or generate in zizcode and on preview servers.

7.2 AI assistant. The optional AI assistant generates text and code using third-party generative-AI models (currently Google’s Gemini models). To produce a response, your prompts and relevant project content (for example, the file you are working on and, in build mode, files the assistant reads) are transmitted to the model provider and processed under that provider’s terms. Do not submit to the AI assistant any content you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor.

7.3 No reliance; you are responsible for AI output. AI output may be inaccurate, insecure, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and is provided without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to apply or use any AI-generated code or content, and the AUP applies to it exactly as to content you write yourself. Agentic changes are proposed for your review and are not applied without your action (except where you explicitly enable auto-apply).

7.4 Allowances, your own API key, and cost. Any free AI usage allowance is provided at our discretion and may be changed, reduced, or withdrawn at any time. You may optionally provide your own model-provider API key to continue using the assistant; usage on your key is billed to you by the provider under your agreement with them, not by us. Any usage or cost figures we display are rough estimates only, are not a statement of your actual provider billing, and should not be relied upon. You are responsible for setting spending controls with your provider. We may rate-limit, suspend, or disable AI features at any time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account or access to all or any part of the Service for any reason, including without limitation a violation of these Terms or the AUP, a request by law enforcement or other governmental authority, an unexpected technical or security issue, or a determination that continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially reasonable.

You may terminate your Account at any time through the Service’s dashboard. Upon termination, the licenses granted to WZC Development LLC in Section 4 shall survive only to the extent necessary to permit continued display of User Content previously posted to public areas of the Service. Backups, if any, of your User Content are deleted in accordance with our standard data-retention policy.

9. Copyright and DMCA

We respond to allegations of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. To submit a notification of claimed infringement or a counter-notification, please send a complete notice to [email protected]. See /abuse for the required elements. Repeat infringers will have their Accounts terminated.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WZC Development LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of, or access to, the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or the AUP; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WZC DEVELOPMENT LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DATA STORED ON THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE LOST OR CORRUPTED. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF YOUR USER CONTENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WZC DEVELOPMENT LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WZC DEVELOPMENT LLC HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WZC DEVELOPMENT LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO WZC DEVELOPMENT LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE UNITED STATES DOLLAR (US $1.00).

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve such dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice from one party to the other, the dispute shall be resolved as set forth in Section 12.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes shall be effective upon posting to the Service, with notice provided on the homepage or via the forum announcements category at our discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WZC Development LLC with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
